Select Marketing Comments

Marketing comments are pre-set standard comments that can be selected to print on the header of the document.

If a range of documents is to be printed, the same marketing comment selected will print on each document.
e.g. MERRY CHRISTMAS, AND THANK YOU FOR A GREAT YEAR!

Marketing comments are displayed, as setup in Marketing Codes.
To view the actual 4 lines of text for the comment code, highlight the Marketing Code record in the list, and click on the DETAILS button at the bottom of the screen.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading. Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
